Neeta Bhalla, educationist by profession and writer by choice ,born in Kanpur but travelled to different places from childhood due to her father's job in railways. She Completed her graduation and post graduation in Nutrition from Delhi University. Being in the education field, the hunger to learn more kept her motivating to achieve a master degree in English .

As she got  married to a small town ,she had   very restricted career choices  She took her decision  to concentrate on family and for upbringing of her children. Her career became her  second choice, and  her personal growth took a back seat.
But she decided to work and chase her dreams. Innovation and experimentation are her key skills helped her to build up an enriching experience of 23 years in the field of education.She started her career as a primary teacher and paved her path to Vice Principal.  She strongly believes that it is not the holistic development of students that is of utmost importance,  overall development of a teacher equally plays an important role.

 Working towards the growth mindset of the teachers includes the mental well being,  stress management and best way to  enhance the proficiency. Besides training teachers her favorite is soft skill traings which she trains   professionals of other fields . Fighting for the tag of COVID warriors to the teachers makes her satisfied. SDGs and peace mission through several social media platforms helped her to voice her thoughts on women liberation and their condition in the society. 

 Experimenting  is the ideology which encourages her to write and express the feelings in Hindi, English and Punjabi.She Published three books as a co author so far.  Hypnotherapy always attracted her to take another learning as an hypnotherapist. Spritual healing to people who are heading towards depression and anxiety gave her immense pleasure. Her tag line in the motivational speeches - " Be the difference and create the difference" is followed by her by heart. 


Striving hard for recognition of women and nailing her presence in the society she received couple of awards from different organisations for her work in multitasking as a changemaker in the society.It gives her immense pleasure and work satisfaction in the field of motivation speaker band spreading positivity around .She has been awarded as women icon, inspiring women ,premium women, best mentor award, educator of the year award many more and the most important is Honourary Doctrate from Belgium.
